Up and Over Group 2 Hike

The Ramparts

Distance:  13 kms     Hike duration:  6-7 hrs     Pace:  Moderate      Ascent:  ~500 m

From P12, we will hike along Morgan Road to the Ramparts and over to the Champlain Lookout and return to P12.

Eye protection and whistles are mandatory.

This is a long hike and, with days being shorter now, it's best to start earlier and finish before dark. Meet at the Supreme Court (map is in the link) at 8:15 for 8:30 departure or let the leader, Ron Hughes, know if you plan to meet, ready to hike from P12 at 9:00.
