Halloween P17 to Carmen Lake Lookout Hike

Distance:  ~12 kms     Hike duration:  at least 4 hrs     Pace:  Moderate     Ascent:  ~200m

Hike from P17 to Carmen Lake and Brown Lake lookout loop via Brown Cabin. About 12 kms, depending which trails we take. Mostly on Trail 72, some on Trail 58. It's been a while since I was there so anyone who has done it recently is very welcome.

Weather looks good but a light rain coat would be a good idea. Bring water, lunch and hiking shoes/ boots.

Meet at Bate Island at 9:30 a.m. Gas $7 (exact change mandatory) and people willing to drive are much appreciated.
